Engagements are governed separately
Any work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement between the client and the company. Scope, fees, timelines, warranties, confidentiality and liability are set there. Where those terms and this page differ, the signed agreement prevails.
The Kiwi assistant
The Kiwi assistant generates its answers automatically, using a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, PBC (Claude)). Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and like the rest of this site they are not an offer, a quotation or a commitment. Confirm anything that matters with us directly.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Do not use the site or the assistant to distribute malware, to send automated or abusive traffic, or to interfere with normal operation.
- Do not scrape or reproduce the site in bulk in a way that misrepresents it as your own.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and Kiwi Solutions branding on this site belong to PT Talenta Pro Solusindo. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; you may not republish it as your own.
Client names, logos, portfolio entries and product screenshots shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They are shown to describe work our team delivered, and their presence does not imply any endorsement by those organisations.
