01Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is PT Talenta Pro Solusindo, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia (NIB 2712230027183), with its registered office at Jl. RC. Veteran Raya No. 8, Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan 12330. The company operates the Kiwi Solutions team and this website.

02What this policy covers

It covers the website at kiwisolution.tech, the email and messaging conversations you start with us, and data we hold about prospective, current and former clients.

It does not cover the systems we build and operate on behalf of a client. In those, the client organisation is the controller and its own policy applies.

03What we do not collect

• There are no user accounts on this site, so there are no passwords or profiles to hold.
• We set no cookies, in your browser or anywhere else.
• We carry no advertising or tracking pixels and do not follow you across sites. We may count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and reports only aggregated, anonymous statistics (pages, referrers, country, device type).

04The contact form

The contact form does not send anything to us and stores nothing, on this site or on any server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message prefilled, and you decide whether to send it.

Once you send it, the message travels through WhatsApp, which processes it under the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp and Meta before it reaches us. We then receive your phone number, your profile name as shown on WhatsApp, and the message content.

05The Kiwi assistant

The Kiwi assistant (the chat on the home page and on /ai/) answers questions about Kiwi Solutions. To generate an answer, it sends the question you type, together with the recent turns of the same conversation, to a third-party AI provider, Anthropic, PBC (Claude), which processes it under its own terms. If that provider is unavailable, the request may go to a backup provider, Groq, Inc., under its terms.

This site does not store your conversations. To limit abuse, the server briefly keeps a count of recent requests per IP address in memory; it is not written anywhere. When the AI provider is not available, the assistant falls back to built-in answers that run in your browser.

06Data collected automatically

Loading a page involves a few service providers. Each of them sees the technical data that any web request carries:

• Vercel hosts and delivers this website. It records each request in its request logs: IP address, the page requested, referring page, browser and device type, and a timestamp. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
• Fonts are served from this website itself. No request goes to Google or any other font provider.
• Cloudflare provides DNS for our domain and routes email sent to our addresses, so emails you send us pass through Cloudflare on their way to our inbox.

07Data you give us

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, or work with us, we may hold:

• Your name and the organisation you represent
• Contact details you send us: email address, and your phone number if you contact us on WhatsApp
• The content of your message and anything you attach to it
• Contract and billing details, where we enter into an engagement

08Why we process it and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and to discuss possible work, on the basis of your request and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
• To deliver, support and invoice work you have engaged us for: performance of a contract.
• To keep the site and our systems secure and available: our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
• To meet accounting, tax and other statutory obligations: compliance with a legal obligation.

We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Indonesia.

09What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• We do not use your contact details to send marketing you did not ask for.
• We do not build advertising profiles or share data with advertising networks.

10Sharing and service providers

We share personal data only with service providers that make our own operation possible, and only to the extent each of them needs: hosting (Vercel), DNS and email routing (Cloudflare), the assistant's AI inference (Anthropic, PBC (Claude)), messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and accounting.

We may also disclose data where the law or a valid order from a competent authority requires it. Where a provider processes data outside Indonesia, we require a level of protection consistent with Indonesian data protection law.

11How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months from the last contact.
• Client records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 10 years afterwards, where accounting and tax rules require it.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.
• Contact form and assistant conversations: not stored by this site at all.

12Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to systems holding personal data is limited to team members who need it for their work, and is removed when they no longer do. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

13Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• Have your data deleted, subject to data we are legally required to retain
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• Ask us to restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy or lawfulness is resolved

14Children

This site and our services are aimed at organisations, not at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

15Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made silently.
